installing diff nvidia drivers on m170

I got my m170 today, thing is pretty awsome so far. Im trying to install the drivers off nvidias site for the 7800gtx but it says it cant find the hardware? I think I saw something about this before posted but I cant find it.

How do I install other drivers besides the dell ones and what ones do you recommend?
 
I want to use the drivers off nvidias site, do I need to reformat to do so? I proble should format anyways with all this preinstalled stuff I have over 50 processes running.
 
hmm just formated and still cant use the nvidia drivers, guess ill have to try the omegas or these other ones I heard of.
