ICS Please Help!

ok my problem is that I cant get my ics to turn on it would always say windows cant turn it on. I tried using the network wizard same thing it wont work. im trying to get my !#$! ds wifi to work please help i got win xp but when i restore my comp to 2 months ago it works but i think its the sp2 update.

Buy a router, for pity sake. They are only $15.

I don't think that ics will work to share a wireless network. You'd be better with either a cheap wireless b router or the nintendo usb wifi thingy.

lol, i feel so old, my 10 year old son had to tell me that DS was a portable game unit, and I am the one who bought it for him.

i have the ds wifi -_-; .ok it works when i restore my comp in a earlier date i could get the ics to turn on. but i think one of the ms updates updated something and when i restart my comp it wont turn on. it says the account specified is diffrent. i tired google none of the tips help. thanks

First off, ICS is possible over wireless, no biggie.

Secondly, need more input!

What error message exactly?

There are only a thousand different things that can break ICS.

ok when i go to my network connections. i right click on my brodband or my dsl connection. go to advance. hit settings on windows firewall and it prompts me do you want to start the windows firewall/(ICS) service i click yes. it says windows cannont start windows firewall/(ICS) service.


ok when i go to internet connection sharing on the bottom of windows fire wall to try enabling it. it says error 1079: the account specified for this service is diffrent from the account specified for other services running in the same process.
