does anyone know if abit stopped making bios's for the IC7 MAX 3? it seems like the regular IC7 has newer bios's but the max3 hasnt comeout with 1 since nov1 2004? does the regular ic7 bios work with the max3?
 
I wouldnt try using a ic7 bios, abit may not have any reason to update the max3 since the last one. Are you looking for a fix for something?

It might. What's the problem? Most likely not worth the risk so i would only try if you are having a really serious problem.

And yes, the max 3 is officially discontinued. No more BIOS updates.
