HTTPS issues with IE6 and XP

Alright, I cannot log on to any https site. Enabled all SSL2, SSL3, TLS2. And still not able to get on. Tried upgrading to IE7, and firefox and I got no internet at all.
Any Ideas?

I have had a similar problem and the cause was NAT on my edge firewall.

Alright, tried them all... no change. Also, all of them download except this bold one.

Any other ideas?

Tried that, and pretty much everything under window https help. Though it did have one option that I couldnt do. When I pull Admin tools under control panel, its blank. Im logged in as the admin.

This all happened when I tried to access bios on my parents laptop. When I did, it pulled up Lenovo's Refresh and restored when that happened. I hit esc and quit and all the user profiles were whipped. Hope this helps... I hate this laptop

Go to your internet options > security. Set your security level to medium high. Then go to http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com and do look for an update that updates your root certificates.
