I have a gateway 450XL which includes an integrated biometric strip -- I have it setup to scan each boot, yet I question its durability. Any advice on how to protect the strip? Documentation from the manf states it is acurate till 1million swipes which I find extremely hard to believe.

Actually on the topic of protecting/cleaning, would you agree that water and cotton balls are the best method for cleanring an LCD screen......?

Thanks guys!

Yeah... I'm also curious about the best way of cleaning an LCD screen... whether it be my 19" Dell 1900FP LCD monitor or the LCD's on my laptops... water and cottonballs? Anyone?

Thanks!

As for the biometric reader... no clue. I guess just Google it and look around...

Been there, done that, yet nothing I come across is of any help......so I turn to the all-knowing [H]forum......
