Initially I was under the impression that the rated wattage for PSUs were sufficient for determining whether or not they are capable of powering all the components in your computer, but it's become clear that that is not the case. I read that I should only be concerned about having enough power on the 12v rail, but based on the specifications I'm not sure how I can determine that. let's use this as an example:
How would I go about determining if this PSU could support a GPU with 300w minimum requirement? I'm sorry if I sound stupid, but GPU specs usually don't mention anything about 12v rails.
