I have the following hardware:

E6600
Asus P5W
4Giz DDR2
Build in 10/100 or can do PCI 10/100
Server Antec Case

Hard Drives
3xSata 2 160GB (Can do raid (O/1/5) (take 2 HD for Raid 0) (3rd HD for files network)
1xSata 2 320 GB (important pictures and stuff)
1xIDE 133 120GB (OS install)
1xIDE 133 40GB (Bit Torrent)

Want this to run 24/7 on my network will need to do the following stuff:

Stream fights/superbike/movie AVI
Run COD4 server 10 players (LAN)
Run Bulletproof FTP 24/7 (outside of my network for pictures and upload)
Inner Networking for wife (upload/download pictures and her files)
Bit torrent (limitied connection and DL)

Will windows XP pro handle this or should I look at something else?

I can get 64 bit vista or windows 7 when it comes out...not a problem. Just want this stuff to work until I save money for better hardware.

Suggestions?

Thanks!

XP should handle that fine. Get gigabit for best performance for your LAN stuff.
