help with basic gameplay things in fallot3......

Does someone have like a list of all or some of the abbrevations words I see in the game fallout 3 such as WG, VAL, CND etc I just dont get all of them except I know that RAD is Radiation and HP is health right?

Speaking about Radiation when I get close to a area of radaition what am i suppose to to heal myself with Radiation medicine or what, its because in the game stalker and gave me a meter in the HUD when I got Radiation, but in fallout 3 i dont see my health going down I dont think.

WG = Weight
VAL = Value in Caps
CND = Condition

When you are being irradiated you will see it in red in the top right hand corner. To check your rad level open your pip boy to stats, and click on RAD on the top left hand side. It will give you your RAD. RadAway (IV Pouch) will decrease your rads by 75 for each one. Use RadX for rad resistant. I usually dont worry about rad under 100.

Ok great thanks for that, now for value of caps I suppose if I pick up a item like a motorcyle gas tank and it has a VAL value, where in the game do I cash in the items I want to sell?
 
Caravan, supply store, anyone you can barter with.

Edit: Motorcycle gas tank is useful beyond just selling it..
 
If you plant these items into the ground, they grow money trees.
