Below I have listed most of the primary components (already purchased).

DVD

Case

2x hard drive

EVGA 01G-P3-1467-AR GeForce GTX 465 (Fermi) Superclocked 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card
N82E16814130557

GIGABYTE GA-Z68A-D3H-B3 LGA 1155 Intel Z68 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

Intel Core i7-2600 Sandy Bridge 3.4GHz (3.8GHz Turbo Boost) 4 x 256KB L2 Cache 8MB L3 Cache LGA 1155 95W Quad-Core Desktop Processor BX80623I72600

I tried using my old PSU that has 2x 6 pins labeled 8PCI plugged into the GPU. After turning on the computer it quickly said "entering power save mode" and then could not be turned on again. My guess is that they do not deliver enough power to the newer graphics card which uses PCi express 16 slot.

I forgot what the issue is with +12V rails (its been a while since my last build).

Edit: put in links

If you're going to ask for help, the least you could do is post links to the products you bought instead of forcing people to copy those numbers and plug them in by hand.
