Okay... So I was moving a bunch of files from one hard drive to the other... (about 30 gigs worth of data) ... when I was just 30 seconds from completion the computer partly froze. (the transfer halted)... so I just cancelled the transfer and restarted my computer. Upon bootup my computer began operating extremely slow. (15 mins to boot) once it finally did, I went into the 'computer management' utility and looked at my hard drive listing. The two harddrives that I was copying files between now show 100% free space, and NO longer list NTFS under 'file system' .... what the heck happened here??
Can I fix this without losing data?
