Basically, I need a MB with IEEE1394 (for catching video), PCI-Ex16 (for video card), SATA (for WD740 raptor, I need at least 3 HDs), DDRII

Do you know which AMD CPU is competitive to Intel P4 630 3.0G? Is that Athlon 64 3200+? Because I found their prices are similar.
I had chosen few MBs, could you give me some advice? or would another company's mobo be better? like DFI or something?

If you really want to use DDR2 (Which I assume is what you mean by "DDRII"), your only option is Intel right now.

However, if you wait a few months, AMD should be launching their new socket, M2, which will utilize DDR2.
