Ok im new to this and was wondering if i have the proper setup.

Win xp home
AMD 64 3200
ATI X800 XT
120GB HD
1 GIG Ram
500 watt PWS
Gateway FPD2185W 21" Widescreen High-Definition LCD Flat-Panel Display

I want to get a hdtv box from time warner and use my comp as a normal comp for games and the Internet. I also want to use it for my dvd player, receiver, and HDTV. Will i beadle do do this with the comp I have now or will i need to purchase other equipment? How do I connect all the cables to make this work? Can I use the speakers that came with my dvd player and receiver? Is it extremely easy and im just getting paranoid?

All I want to do is use a hdtv box watch tv and play games on this comp. I dont want to record anything.

This is what the back of my lcd screen looks like

PC, cable TV, satellite TV, video camera, DVD player, game consoles, VCR. It's all a piece of cake. This display comes loaded with five video ports: a composite port, an S-Video port, a VGA port, Digital Video Interface (DVI) and additional component ports.

Now my video card has a s video connection and a dvi connection. How would I go about setting this up using my dvd player and reciver?

Im very new to this so keep asking me question so you guys can help me.
