looking at the HD Tune Pro 'Health' tab my SSD seems to have a lot of 'Failed' errors...is this something I should be concerned about?...my SSD seems to be running fine and the speeds seems fine as well...is HD Tune maybe not optimized as far as testing SSD's or is something potentially wrong with my SSD?

Looks more like a bug with the program when trying to read the SSD's SMART attributes. Look at (0C), which is the number of time the SSD has been powered on. You SS show a number that is no way possible. I would try another tool that reads SMART data from the SSD, such as AIDA64, before worrying too much.

looks like you're right as the Aida64 program did not show any SMART errors...
