Gyroscopic Force Feedback for Game Controllers

I had a thought the other day, "Is there such thing as a gyroscopic force feedback device?". What I mean aren't the ones already invented that use a gyroscope to measure tilt in the game pad like the six-axis or wii controller, but a device that could actually almost wrench the controller out of your hand.

The force-feedback today is pretty meh (to quote a new word), it is pretty simple effect.

Think about the Dynaflex but apply the gyro concept to a game pad.

I think you could apply the concept to air-mouses too, to create a feeling of "sticking" to buttons or window bars. Probably the wii would use it the best, since a bit of resistance when moving the controller could be a nice effect.

Making things stick in the air could be pretty cool.

My only other thing to add at this moment is that I initially read the title as "Gynoscopic Force Feedback for Game Controllers," which... well that's a whole different topic.

I'm using one of these as we speak, lol. However, haven't had the actual drivers for this thing installed since like 2002. It's a force feedback mouse, but it wouldn't really rumble, more like make a rough sticking sensation when you would roll over certain buttons in Windows and things like that.

It's kind of a nice idea until you give it to grandma.
