I just recently purchased an Averatec VOYA 350 gps from the clearance rack of Microcenter. Well, it was missing power cords and a battery.. No biggie, as I had spare 5v cords..

The GPS powers up fine, however, I am missing the map files located on the SD card (its currently blank :( ) I contacted averatec who requested I send it back -- complete with the battery and power cord.. Blah.

All I need are the map files to place back on the SD. I know its about 960mb.

Does anybody know where to find these files?

I did the same thing, got an offbrand gps unit at Compusa before they went down, however, mine had the CD and just not the SD Card. I bought a card and loaded it, I guess my question for you is, when you try to access the GPS, what does it say, mine said "HolluxNav.exe not found" and I've seen a few other off brands that use the same software, if yours says this too, I could host the files you need. Let me know.

You could tell them that you bought it "as is" on clearance and did not get those parts.
