As I said last time you asked the same question :) (maybe under a different topic), you might want to check the cooling in that case. A couple extra case fans might help with your overall cooling.

That RAM should be fine. Probably get a good healthy OC with that stuff :).

With a DFI board you should get the OCZ VX ram because you will be able to set the voltages higher than 3.0v (e.g. 3.3v) enabling you to get 2-2-2-5 timings with PC4000
at 250 FSB

Check it out!!

There is nothing wrong with that tccd ram if you want to get it, however if it were my build I would go with PC4000 OCZ vx. In fact, I have 2 sticks of it sitting here waiting for a processor :)

What does the OCZ VX 4000 run pricewise now? $192 for TCCD isn't that bad for 1GB.

May I ask what your primary use for this PC is going to be? That is the major factor in deciding which parts are the ones to really be spending lots of money on to get what you need out of the PC.

I agree with arentol, identify what your primary use for your PC is and build your rig according to that. Few months ago when I was still into this overclocking craze, I bought everything, water cooling kits, the best Thermalright heatsinks, even a refrigerator compressor to cool my CPU. In the end, it finally clicked to me that I rarely played any games, I mainly used my PC for browsing, forums, messenger, banking and e-mail. Therefore all that other stuff ... Mushkin BH-5, AQZEA CPU, etc. was all just a waste for money, for me at least.

Likewise if you do play games, indentify which games you like to play and get a video card that works well for that game. Don't compare yourself to most of the others in here, you're on a budget, so I would try to stick to what is essential (eg. better video card, faster CPU, more RAM) VS lower latency OC'ing RAM, crazier heatsinks, etc.
