Tried searching, couldn't find anything that was quite the same as my problem.

Trying to put 4x1GB of ram in my motherboard. When I put in more than 2 sticks in any combination my motherboard will not post. When I turn it on, no video, no error beeps, sometimes it will shutdown and restart, other times it will just sit. Any combination of two sticks (all 4 swapped in and out and mixed and matched in different dimms) works just fine. Tried different BIOS', tried upping the voltages, nothing seems to help. Any suggestions?

I read that its generally not recommended to populate all four DIMMS and then try to run the ram at its full rated speed. Try running the ram at 667 and see if that works. I also heard that you might want to bump the voltage on the memory controller with all four slots populated. I was poking around the www.houseofhelp.com forums when i read that. Sorry, i dont have a direct link to the post i was reading earlier.
