hello
i have a problem with my hard drive
I've mistakenly formated it , and i need to find a way to recover ALL the data in it , i know it's under the surface because i haven't get any new data over the old one, therefore it must be there , so I'm looking for a professional program , tool , OS , whatever you can find to restore this data , if complete hard drive recover programs aren't familiar with you , then partially recovery programs will also do good

I second that. I have used GetDataBack multiple times and 95% of the time I get everything back that I had before an accidental format.
 
As long as you havent wriiten anything to the disk after formating that is.
 
3rd for GetDataBack, best money you'll spend and probably what some of the $1000-2000 data recovery specialists would use anyway.
