My company is actually looking for a laptop like this to do some learning of OSX on. Only stipulations they've given me is finding a used one with warranty.

Does this have any warranty, and if so, how much would it cost? Sadly, don't have a Win7 laptop to give you
 
Looks like a tempting deal considering I just bought an Acer Aspire TimelineX and I prefer the viewing angles of a MBP over this any day. Would you consider a straight trade if I throw in my 240GB OCZ Vertex II?
