Netgear Powerline 2000 network adapters. Allows you to send network signals over the powerlines in your home. Moved a few months ago and bought these to get me through until we ran ethernet through the house. Worked great. Comes with the original box and 2 unused ethernet cables (not pictured).

What type of throughput were you getting with these? I don't know if they'll really be an upgrade to my current situation, but the extra ports might make it worth it.
