This Digital Doc 5 has a back bezel and a bright blue LCD. No nicks or scratches. It is missing 2 of the 8 temp probes. If you REALLY need more probes, they can be purchased here -> http://plycon.com/fans/sensor.htm

Also has a 40x40x20mm fan with filter to cool a hard drive. The Digital Doc 5 comes with hard drive mounting rails.
