last night my friend installed some ram sinks on his videocard and went to turn it on and it no video came up. the computer still turned on like normal but there was no video. we tried two different AGP video cards and a PCI video card and got nada. also tried two different sticks of ram in two different DIMM slots as well as resetting the cmos. sound like a fried motherboard(Abit IS7) to you guys, or do you have any other ideas?
