yeah: do this

in photoshop.. take out eveything but lennies head.. as in transparent bckground .. then export as a png..

in flash put it in ure library.. make 2 copies

the first copy put on the stage and convert to a movie clip.
then u can adjust the tint on the back of it so everything is blackend.. now put the copy that u made earlier ontop of it.. start the top lenny head at 1 alpha.. and then tween it to 100%.


If u want the fancy animation ud need to make the the bottom darkened lenny head and make it a mask for an animation
