I'm working on a project to put an animated training guide online (everyone w/access to it will be on a decent BB connection), and I figure I can get the best visual quality w/Flash. I'm pretty good w/Adobe Premier, but Flash is a bit new for me. Any recommended apps, or am I looking for the wrong thing?

most online tutorials run through flash now. They use the full flash MX to create it.

That's what I was thinking, and I've got the budget for it. Just wanted to hedge by bets and ask the [H] folks. Anyone else wanna chime in? Any rec's outside of Macromedia?
 
I guess you could do something with swish but I dont know about how complex you could get.
