Alright guys I posted in the PSU supply a question that led to a discussion of which video card setup I get.
So I'll start off by saying I'm in the $300-$400 range for a graphics setup. I likely will be getting a 22" 1680x1050 monitor.
What should I get?
1. One good card (make your recommendation)
or
2. Two cards in SLI
I want it to be a good value and I want it to be a good setup for 2-3 years into the future. I play all the games especially FPS's so if you need to know anymore, just ask.
Here's my potential setup:
Thermaltake Matrix Black Mid Tower Case
Thermaltake W0128RU Toughpower 650W
SAMSUNG 2253BW 22in 16:9 2ms 1000:1 300 cd/m2 Black LCD Monitor
Logitech X-540 5.1 Speaker System Retail
Logitech Cordless Desktop MX 3200 Laser Retail
ASUS P5N-D NVIDIA nForce 750i SLI Core 2 Quad Socket 775 1333MHz ATX Motherboard
INTEL Core 2 Duo BX80557E6850 E6850 3GHz FSB1333MHz 4M LGA775 Processor
CORSAIR TWIN2X4096-6400C4DHX 4GB PC2-6400 (DDR2-800) DDR2 Memory
ONBOARD SOUND
WESTERN DIGITAL Caviar RE 320GB SATA2
SAMSUNG SH-S203N 20X SATA DVD Burner (x2)
And while I have it posted, if you have any other suggestions about the rest of my setup, shoot them my way.
