Few questions

1. What is fsb termination voltage, and what does it do (lower better? or higher?)?
2. When i overclock and boot up my pc, it starts but shuts down right away and then starts again normally (sometimes with high enough oc it shuts down two times before starting). Could this have something to do with psu?

termination voltage is a safety cut down so you dont mess shit up and the thing happens cos your overclock isnt stable.

Reset everything and write it down , if your good at frawing graphs , then do that and you will see a pattern , even predict clocks.

What kit are you using?
What speeds were you trying, at what voltages?
Let us know any other settings you have changed for the overclock.

I have e6300, asus p5b, 2x1gb 667, 7800gtx, 2 hd's. PSU is bequiet 450w, and it only has one +12v rail with 22A. When i press the power button it turns on, turns off, and the turns on again and boots up normally It worked fine with a64 3000+@2,5ghz and 2x1gb ddr1, everything else was same as now. Maybe dual core is just too much for it.

The PC shutting down can be caused by the motherboard telling the PSU to shut down or the PSU shutting itself down due to excessive load or a fault on either itself or anything plugged in to it.

My initial feelings are that you have pushed something too far with the overclock.
The motherboard can instruct the PSU to turn off if has detected the problem.
As you havent given the info I asked for I cant troubleshoot this further.

Its possible the PSU is strong enough to run everything at default speeds but cant cope with the overclocked speeds. The problem as you have described isnt caused by overclocking the graphics card (unless its overclocked by a new BIOS or is now damaged), as the graphics card doesnt change its speed normally until you are in windows.
When the machine boots the card should run at default speed so isnt causing the issue you have.

Its worth noting that the PSU you have is running near its limit with the kit you have.
Try unplugging everything except the CPU, Ram and Graphics card to see if it makes a difference.
If it then works, either the PSU cant take the load with everything plugged in or something has been badly connected, is shorting or is faulty.

Its very easy to test if you need a stronger PSU by adding another PSU.
Use your Main PSU for the Graphics card and plug everything else into the other PSU and see if it works.
(You can swap the PSU's round if you wish but make sure the 12V line has enough power for your GTX)

The actual problem is that i cant overclock much at all (with d805 it did the same thing). Fsb at 285mhz it starts to do this reset thing and somewhere around 320mhz it starts to reset two times before booting. I havent pushed anything to anywhere with that overclock . So i guess next thing im going to upgrade is psu.

Many users are experiencing a supposed problem in which cold booting or rebooting the system will trigger an immediate reboot after the initial one occurs. It is not known whether or not this is something that is user-generated or not, though some users have reported it occuring at stock, right out of the box. It is also not know whether this could be detrimental in any way to the user's system.
