Far Cry 1305

So they release Far cry patch 1.3,so i say:lets try it out. So i take my legit cds i got with my evga 6800 gt try and install far cry and with cd2 during instal i get the 1305 Error cannot read file ..../cooler/levellm.pak. Tried rebooting,tried using my second cd-drive,nothing works.
If ne1 got info on this error,plz help
