Exteme Systems Newbie - Cooling Question

I am building a gaming machine based pretty much on the specs from HardOCPs Holiday System Guide ($2000 new build) and I have a question about system cooling. I have never done any mods to cooling other than replacing the stock fan/sink for the processor.

The ASUS A8N-SLI Premium includes integrated heatpipe cooling for the video chipset. Based upon that, what other components would I need to cool using a water-cooling system? I read the review of the Danger Den cooling system, but wasn't sure how that configuration would need to be modified based upon the existing cooling system integrated on the mobo above. :confused:

I'm looking to create a fast, cool, quiet machine and need all the help I can get apparently! ;)

There are a lot of people who water cool without bothering with the motherboard. Northbridge water cooling can help in extreme OC's or if you aren't running any case fans because of the water cooling, but otherwise you should be fine just ignoring the motherboard in your H2O setup.

Or, put another way: Unless you'll be going for really high CPU overclocks, you only need to water cool the CPU and Video card.
