Im stepping up from my 8800gts 320 to a 8800GT and the price difference is -20 (i payed 290 and gt is 270). They want me to pay the shipping, but are they going to refund the difference?
They are supposed to give me back 20? or thats not how it works 0_o

nah, i think you just eat the price difference and pay the cost of shipping. pretty nice of them to do actually considering you're supposed to step "up" to a card that costs more than your original card. the 8800GT seems to be an exception. i'm probably going to step up to this card in the next few days as my eligibility period ends on Dec. 9th. paid $370 for my GTS so i expect to just pay shipping.

Hehe, no they're not going to give you the -$20 difference. Just be glad you were able to step up.

What does evga do with all the 8800GTS from step-up? Do they sell them on ebay? :D:eek:

Probably check them and send them out as refurbs to people who RMA theirs?
