Guess as always really depends on what they close at. 4GB ram is way more than needed, some are really heavy of the hard drives -- for sole DC machines anyways.
 
Hard to say if they are worth it untill they get close to the end and the price starts going up. All depends on how cheap you can get them.
 
I got 1U of rack space for that #1 system if it stays cheap enough :)

looks like a nice package.

you could ebay the drives seperately and get a bunch of your money back. and you could ebay some of the memory as well.
 
Also do you have the space. Plus the power and cooling for them.
