DX11 5870 Issue!!! HELP!!

Okay so I just built my new gaming rig.

quick run down :
I7 930
Asus Rampage II
Asus EAH 5870
windows 7 pro 64 bit...

Here is my problem, everything works fine except DX11...

When I first install the drivers Dx11 works great, looks awesome.

IF I restart my computer every thing still works, EXCEPT DX 11...AVP wont run in dx11 the heaven benchmark just goes black when trying to run in Dx11 mode but runs great in 9 or 10.

If I uninstall the drivers and reinstall them after the reboot Dx11 works again, but once I restart again it stops working.

I have no idea what is causing this, the only thing that is a catch here is that I am running this computer on a domain.

So I have a Windows server 2008 which is handling the remote profile, but the server appears to be syncing everything correctly.

I am lost and have no idea, I am planning on reinstalling windows soon but I wanted to see if any one has run into this problem.

I have been using the most recent ATI drivers from there website
