Are the rumors I have been hearing true? Are semprons going to be offered in dual core?
Just wondering if this is true or not....it would make a very interesting budget machine if true.

This would be good news. I'd defnitley buy into one for the fun of it :D

Me too, Dual-Core Sempron would be awesome, because I am one that knows, Semprons are very very very price effective CPU's.

I think this isnt too far fetched, since there's gonna be a market for budget dualcore CPUs sooner or later...but if thats true, then I might wait off a bit longer on upgrading...

Though, I think in coorindation with s939 semprons, I think dual-core semprons are gonna be on 939 as well...makes sense imho. Heck, I wouldnt be surprised at a "Sempron X2" LOL...

There are already S939 Sempr0ns being used by companies by the likes of Compaq and eMachines, so I'm sure we'll see them soon.

Yes, I've seen several coupled with the ATI Xpress 200 IGP chipsets.
