I am happy this is out but looking at history.

Full conversion mods (EoD and DC) came out way before the SDK for BF. The mods didn't get any better either after the SDKs had come out. What did the SDK of Far Cry bring us? Nothing as far as I have seen. So history tells me that mods that will be made were probably planned and in progress before the SDK came out.

Yeah Doom Fortress has been getting worked on for quite a while now.

lol, I thought the sdk had all the gamecode in it like every other id game ever made, turns out most of the code is *.script files. Wish I knew that earlier. =)

I downloaded and installed it.

Eghad, what a pain in the ass it was to read the EULA. It would be STUPID for a corporation to assume that anything close to a majority of users actually reads those.

In a court of law, it should be held to be reasonable to expect that the average user has not read the EULA.

Therefore, in a court of law (or otherwise), it should be generally understood/accepted/stated that the EULA "click" is generally (in most cases) invalid (not in compliance with the terms).
