Just finishing up my first WC rig, running the final leak down test right now, LOVE how quiet it is. My dilemma is this

The WC rig will be my gaming system it has
Asus P4C800E
Intel 3.4 processor
OCZ PC4000 Gold (516 x 2)
SoundBlaster Audigy 2 ZS pltm pro
Dual WD 36g Raptors
Lian-Li V2000A
TDK 5200B CD burner ( to be updated to a DVD burner)
Matrix Orbital MX522 display
Thermaltake 420 PS

Left over parts
Abit Ic7-MAX3
Intel 2.8 800 FSB
Corsair PC2700 XML (516x2)
TI4600
80g WD
True Power 550 PS

I would like to build a server with the left over parts it would really only run Teamspeak so there is no load on it and I may Host games for friends. I have BroadBand for a connection. Do I buy another Lian-Li V2000A case and water cool that or do I go with a shuttle system? I know I could run TS on my Gaming system and just leave it on all the time. Just would like to utilize the parts that I have. Primarily the system HAS to be quiet.

Money isn't the issue, I guess the issue is do I want two V2000A in my office or do I buy the shuttle system and either hide it or put it on top of my V2000A case.

Are the Shuttle systems Quiet? as quiet as this WC system? what is Quiet I had purchased a D4 pump that was not quiet, the AQZ now that is what I can live with.

Please give some input
