HELP!

My old computer just died (smoke and sparks). I managed to salvage the ram (PC 2700), but thats just about it. I'm looking to put together a new machine with an AMD 64, but I need suggestions on what to get in terms of a motherboard and a videocard (best performance for cheepest price). Also, should I even bother to use the 2700 ram or should I just buy another stick. If so, what speed? Please help!
 
Mobo - ASRock 939-DualSATA2. Nice solid board. Real cheap too.
CPU - Athlon 64 3000+ Venice. Good chip with nice OC'ing headroom.
GFX - Connect3D X800GTO. Sub-$200, and has a 95% success rate of unlocking to 16 pipelines.
