HDMI is crap. PCs have compatibility problems with the hdmi implementation of consumer TVs. Also integrated graphics are not exactly known to be the easyest and most compatible solution. A cheap discrete graphics card will most likely yield better results.

You can also try to reduce the refresh rate of the problem tvs from 60 to 59 or even lower. In some cases identical TVs can have different types of panels and all panels are not made alike.
