DELETE

You can check your monitor, it may have a 3.5mm output jack for HDMI/DP audio in the meantime. All 3 of my screens do.
 
Assuming you connect to the rear, vacuum then blow out the input/output jacks.
Make sure you have the correct sound output toggled in the OS and verify nothing is muted.
Uninstall / reinstall drivers.
Toggle off / on the sound in bios.

If still not fixed I recommend an external dac / sound card, but if you really want a PCI-E sound card I have an ASUS Xonar DGX for $15 shipped. Quick Google shows people have it working fine with Windows 11. Not sure if on Microsoft or UNI drivers.
