Title says most of it. I have 2 systems no router. System 1 is WinXPP and has internet connection sharing on. System 2 is Win2kP. When I am transferring large files from one system to the other (it doesn't matter wich one), I usually get an error if I try to access the internet from system 2 while the copy process is going. It does not come up right away. For example, I am copying a 300mb file from one system 1 to 2 and its going along fine. Then I start surfing the internet on system 2 and after a while I get the delayed write error message on system 1. It pops up from the taskbar with a yellow exclamation mark. Always when i am tranferring a large file and surfing on system 2. Anyone know whats causing this?

Thanks in advance.

ok its happening all the time now. my interenet connection has died (network cable unplugged on system 2)and i cannot install any programs including my virus program (yes i know i should have already had it installed). Maybe my HD is dying? Virus like activity?
