data scrolling software

anyone seen any software out there that scrolls data on a monitor kinda like cnn does at the bottom of their screen. I would actually like something customizable that could potentially do multiple rss/xml feeds on a screen. I've just seen nothing like this available.

btw it will probably be on a 42" screen populating it with all sorts of dumb data
 
You could probably do it with a javascript. If the feed was put into a scrolling DIV, and the browser was set to kiosk mode (F11), it might have the effect you want.
