Anyone out there have a suggestion for a CSS editor/generator application? I use dreamweaver, but that program is starting to piss me off, I havn't memorized all the CSS structure and from time to time it messes me up.

I'm looking for a Windows XP solution, can cost up to $60, but not more unless it's a complete web-development solution.

i used Style Master a couple years back. when i was still new at CSS. I hear it's still really good.
 
Well, if you want just a css editor you could always try TopStyle. It's price is a little bit above what you're looking to pay but it's a really good css editor. There is also a TopStyle Lite version which is free I believe, just google for it.

Otherwise, there is an IDE I like to use called PHP Designer 2006. Don't let the name fool you. It does PHP, HTML, CSS, Java and other languages. It's also free. It says it's in beta version but I used the previous version which was 2005 and it's a pretty good program for being free.
