Do any of the clients work better with Crossfire or SLI on? Or is it always better off?

I'm just spinning up NiceHash for my first try on a couple of Fury X cards that I play games with. Looks like I might stand to make $10 or $12 a day if I let them compute while I'm not gaming.

First rodeo - can't find the answer on google. Any suggestions?
