Crash Time 2 Multiplayer?

I was going through Steam's sale of games and I came across Crash Time 2 for 3 bucks. So I thought I might as well play it. Crashing and car chases are always fun.

There is the option to set up "Split Screen," However I have no idea how to make it recognize another player/controller. Doesn't look like LAN is supported either :(

Not a very popular game unfortunately. Google doesn't really shed any light on the subject.

So my question is, how would I go about setting up Split Screen?

im sure theres probably a play 1 and player 2 control setup in there.. or player 2 uses the alternate keys..
 
We tried hooking another keyboard up but that didn't work. Tried pressing all the buttons on the keyboard too :D

Just keep trying different stuff I guess.
