Ok i have the foxconn x38 motherboard and some corsair 2GB DOMINATOR DDR2 XMS2-8500

SPECS:Memory Size 2048 MB
Designation PC2-8500
Memory Speed 1066 MHz
Pin Configuration 240
Memory Package DIMM
Memory Size (Total) 2 x 1024 MB = 2048 MB
Memory Type DDR2 SDRAM

My motherboard manual says ddr2 1066 (O.C) i did not notice the (O.C) so i take it i cant run this ram or is there a way?
At the moment i don't get a post screen when i put it in.

It says here that the mobo supports it http://techreport.com/discussions.x/12630

Many thanks

It means you have to OC to run the memory at that speed and there is no native support for 1066 on that board.
