Confused with Two computer situation

I have the two rigs in my signature... a desktop and a laptop. I've been at university for the last 8 months and haven't had too much time to think about stuff. I just got the laptop in November 2005 for more use in class and such.

As you can see, my desktop machine was kind of built as a poor-man's gaming rig (circa July 2005). But I find myself not gaming very much at all anymore and I really don't need this powerhouse anymore. I feel like I don't need two computers at all. But my iBook is only 12", so it's kind of small for watching movies and it can't connect to an external monitor. It also has a smallish hard drive (80gb vs 280gb for my desktop). I do watch movies quite often on my computer.

What would you guys do in this situation? Would you sell the desktop and keep the laptop, or what?

If you need the cash you could sell the desktop and put the money towards building an athlon xp system. I used to watch movies and dvd's perfectly fine on an althon 800 with a geforce 3.
