Cisco Wireless Questions

I don't have any experience with a Cisco wireless setup but soon I will be getting some hardware to play with and I have some questions. The hardware I am getting is a couple 3502 APs and a 2112 controller, the WAP's I'm borrowing and the controller I get to keep. My set up will be the following

WAN
-
NS25 Firewall
-
3845
-
4503
-
3502 2112

My first question is does anyone see any issues with this set up?
Second is the speed of wireless throughput limited by my controller? I ask because the controller is pretty old and only has 100mb ethernet but the WAPs support 300mb.

That controller has gigabit, and no i don't see any issues with that setup. I've used that controller probably 10 times at other sites and it works awesome, i really never have to go back and mess with it after it's all up and running.

The controllers (the 4400 and 5508's anyway) can setup LAG's to allow for more throughput. I don't have any experience with the 2112 though.
