Chrome flash video hardware video decode problem?

Am I the only one who cannot get hardware video decoding to work in Chrome? It works in IE, but I cannot get it to work in Chrome, any thoughts?
 
Is the "Enable Hardware Acceleration" checkbox checked when you right click on a Flash video in Chrome and look at the settings?
