Change RAM FSB through software?

Is there any program or app available that's capable of actually changing the FSB of your ram? (or CPU, for that matter). My bios (obviously) doesn't support increasing the FSB of either the ram FSB or the CPU FSB... which is why I'm asking. I did a search on google, and I couldn't find anything. Anybody know anything? ;) Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
 
There was some attempts to do this back in the day (SoftFSB for example), but it never panned out to be much, or anywhere near as stable as BIOS overclocking. As far as I know, the only thing that might work today is nTune and something from AMD for AMD based boards.
 
There's only one FSB, so I don't know what you mean by CPU FSB and RAM FSB. There are various Windows programs that can change your CPU's clock speed from within the OS, but in general none of them work particularly well. SetFSB and Clockgen are some examples of this.

If you have an Asus board then you can use their 'ai' software which both changes the fsb on the fly and writes it to the bios.

I'm fairly certain that the software won't give any more options than are already available through the BIOS, so in this case, it wouldn't help.

Like Zero82z stated, if the option isn't in the BIOS, there's no program that's gonna do it.

Not necessarily true. Programs like SetFSB and Clockgen might be able to. My point was only regarding specific OEM-provided software packages like those from ASUS and Gigabyte, which will only work on certain motherboards.
