CentOS Apache server showing strange problem

I am running Apache on CentOS 4.4, no changes to the kernel version.

On this machine, I am running:
  • Webmin
  • MediaWiki
  • MythWeb

Under the new install, everything was accessible for about two days. Now, I can get to only the Top-level Apache page and into the Mythweb folder from remote machines, whether on the home LAN or outside. On the local machine, I can get to anything using the web browser.

Possibly pertinent information:

The Webmin folder is protected by SSL, but no other folders are.
Webmin does not fall under the html folder, but the others do.
All services are starting fine at startup. and show no errors.
All files are in the correct directories, as is evident by access on the local machine.
Permissions on /var/www/html and below are wide open.

I am less than experienced with troubleshooting Apache, but haven't been able to find this on any web searches, either. What would cause this to happen?
