Case broke

If that's the case you used and it worked for you, then it definitely does not have to be a "full tower." You probably just mean that it has to fit ATX motherboards. I would guess a mid-tower would be fine.

At the end of the day, it's YOUR case, so pick something you want to look at for the next few years that fits the components you want.

If you really do need a fulltower the corsair 7000d is alright.
