Cant delete .dll file

I'm using Windows 7 64-bit build 7057

A few days ago I had to install Magic ISO to mount a certain file (I think it was a .uif). It took control away from Virtual Clone Drive so I had to uninstall it. I ran the uninstall and it left a .dll file over. When I try to delete it, Windows tells me it's in use. Nothing shows up in the Task Manager. The MagicISO option is still in my right click menu, so now I can't mount images correctly.

I've tried uning Revo uninstaller. It didn't work so I reinstalled MagicISO and tried again. Still nothing. Unlocker doesn't support 64bit OS's.

Any Help?

EDIT: I've tried booting into safe mode and also checking my boot applications. Nothing.

Open the task manager. End explorer.exe. Go to File, new process, browse to the dll, delete it, then start explorer.

Could also try checking what's loading the dll with ProcessExplorer/ProcessMonitor.

Can the file be moved somewhere? or is that denied too. If you can move it.. Move it to like a thumb drive then format the drive.

I love you so much. Solved all my problems.

Thanks
